Health and Social Care Double - Mrs Walsh
Learning Aim C: You should consider a health promotion strategy. So do some research on a strategy that has lots of information that you can access (it must be local to the North East area). Use Public Health England, The Office of National Statistics and this link: https://campaignresources.phe.gov.uk/resources/campaigns to help you decide which local campaign to select.Learning Aim C: You need to write an introduction (no more than 2 pages of A4) in regards to the topic you have chosen. Explaining the risks to that persons health. For example if you have chosen teenage binge drinking as your topic, you must collect local statistics on what age group predominately you are basing your research on (target audience). Please provide as much information regarding, risk and effects and who in the wider community it also affects, using statistics and graphs to help you.Learning Aim C: You need to explain what the strategy is that you have chosen, where it is based, who runs it and how, who funds it and why, who the target audience is and why.
