On Thursday 5th July we held our annual Summer Concert in St. Anne’s Hall.

The concert is the final event of the school calendar held by our fabulous Music and Performing Arts department.  The evening showcases the hard work that is put in by our students year after year in the different extra-curricular clubs held by the department.

Highlights of the evening included a stunning performance of ‘You Raise Me Up’ by the Chamber Choir and ‘Largo’ (better known as the Hovis Bread advert music) from the New World Symphony, performed by our Orchestra.

EMS Youth Voices, our Choir for younger students, the Guitar Group and two of the bands from our Rock School were also on hand in a packed running order which lasted around 2 hours.

A wonderful evening of music on a lovely summers’ evening – you can’t ask for anymore than that.

There’s over 100 pictures in the Gallery.
